Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive composition capable of accurate reproduction of record against temperature changes and having preferable storage property, to provide an optical recording medium having sufficient sensitivity and multiple recording characteristics, and to provide a method for manufacturing the optical recording medium, an optical recording method and an optical recording device. SOLUTION: The photosensitive composition comprises a three-dimensionally crosslinked polymer matrix and a photoreactive material and is used for forming a recording layer to record information by use of holography, wherein the polymer matrix is obtained by in-situ formation of two or more kinds of polymers and has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 30°C or higher.
