AIRFLOW DIRECTION CHANGING DEVICE AND AIR CONDITIONER COMPRISING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an airflow direction changing device comprising longitudinal airflow direction plates capable of being smoothly rotated. SOLUTION: In this airflow direction changing device 1 where the plurality of longitudinal airflow direction plates 4 rotatable around a longitudinal shaft 3 and having a plate face direction in the longitudinal direction, are arranged like a louver at intervals in the lateral direction at a supply opening 2 for supplying the air, the longitudinal airflow direction plates 4 are respectively provided with shaft portions 7 rotatably journaled to shaft holes 8 formed on an opening wall 17 constituting the supply opening 2, and blade portions 5 stood on the shaft portions 7, locking members 11 engaged with the shaft portions 7 at a back face side of the opening wall 17 are disposed to rotatably lock the shaft portions 7 in the shaft holes 8, arm portions 14 are disposed in a state of projecting outward in the radial direction of the rotating shafts 3 from the locking members 11, and an interlocking rod 18 is disposed to rotatably connect the arm portions 14 of the locking members 11.
