Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating furnace capable of evenly heating an object to be heated irrespective of differences of heat capacity between portions of the object to be heated. SOLUTION: An electric heater 20, and a plurality of local heating apparatuses 21 heating the object to be heated carried into a heating chamber by heating an atmosphere in the heating chamber are provided in the heating heating chamber. Each of the local heating apparatuses 21 has a nozzle 22 locally blowing gas onto the object to be heated, a piping 23, a heat exchanger 25 provided in the piping to carry out heat exchange with the gas flowing in the piping, and electromagnetic induction heating apparatuses 26, 27 using electromagnetic induction to heat the heat exchanger 25.
