Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device of a fuel injection valve capable of efficiently performing a coating film only in a required place. SOLUTION: A nozzle plate 6 and a valve housing 5 of a valve device 3 can be stored inside. A holding device 16 is arranged for aligning and providing a plurality of holding holes 35 and 37 oppositely opening in an anode electrode 23 of a coating film processing device. A surface 6C of the nozzle plate 6 exposed to a combustion chamber of the valve device 3 is respectively exposed to the plurality of holding holes 35 and 37 of the holding device 16 from an opening of the plurality of holding holes 35 and 37. A large number of valve devices 3 are positioned by the holding device 16. The large number of positioned valve devices 3 and its holding device 16 are arranged on a cathode electrode 25 of the coating film processing device, and a deposit-sticking preventive coating film is formed on the surface 6C of the nozzle plate 6 and an inner surface of an injection hole 6A opposed to the anode electrode 23.
