MOISTURE PERMEABLE WATERPROOF MEMBER AND MOISTURE PERMEABLE WATERPROOFING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture permeable waterproof member, a moisture permeable waterproofing method and a structure, protecting a peripheral member at the lower end part of a sash fitting opening part and a skeleton from entering of rainwater, preventing dew condensation at the back of a waterproof member, and protecting a building over a long period of time. SOLUTION: This moisture permeable waterproof member applied to the corner part of a sash fitting opening part includes: a first sheet part abutting on the lower surface of the opening; a second sheet part abutting on the side of the opening; and third to fifth sheet parts extending from both surfaces of the second sheet part and the first sheet part and making right angles to both surfaces, wherein the first sheet part and the second sheet part may be provided with a flashing bent to the opposite edges to the third to fifth sheet parts, and at least one of the first to fifth sheet parts is welded to the edge of the adjacent sheet part, and formed of a thermoplastic moisture permeable waterproof sheet.
