Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a high-quality Eu-doped BaAl2S4sulfide fluorophor with homogeneously dispersed Eu while suppressing toxic gas emissions in grinding/mixing sulfides including aluminum sulfide, barium sulfide and europium sulfide. SOLUTION: The method for producing a fluorophor for inorganic EL by synthesizing a Eu-doped barium thioaluminate sulfide for inorganic EL in a vacuum is provided, comprising the first step of synthesizing a Eu-doped BaCO3with homogeneously dispersed Eu, the second step of synthesizing a Eu-doped BaS with homogeneously dispersed Eu, and the third step of mixing aluminum sulfide with the resultant Eu-doped BaS followed by performing a heat treatment in a vacuum.
