Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape base material having excellent easy-to-tear properties and winding operability, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape using the tape base material. SOLUTION: The tape base material is formed out of a composition comprising (A) 30-70 pts.wt. propylene-based resin, (B) 70-30 pts.wt. softening agent, and (C) 10-50 pts.wt. inorganic filler based on 100 pts.wt. total of the components (A) and (B).
