Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap having a heat seal lid, which is formed through forcible pull-out molding by satisfactorily removing stress concentrating on projections in the course of pulling out a core in molding, without using a special core such as a split core or collapsible core. SOLUTION: In the heat seal cap having the heat seal lid mounted therein, the plurality of projections intermittently sticking out inward are formed between a thread formed in an internal peripheral face and a top wall. The cross-sectional shape of the projections is such that the middle is a recessed curved face with both ends projecting curved faces. The heat seal lid is mounted between the projections and the top wall. The vertical sectional shape of the projections is trapezoidal. As a material for the heat seal lid to be mounted, a flexible support layer is bonded in order to impart rigidity. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
