ALIGNMENT MASK FOR LIQUID EJECTION HEAD UNIT, ALIGNMENT DEVICE FOR LIQUID EJECTION HEAD UNIT, AND THE ALIGNMENT METHOD OF LIQUID DISCHARGE HEAD UNIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alignment mask for a liquid ejection head unit by which a liquid ejection head and an alignment mask can be aligned in a short time with high precision, an alignment device for the liquid ejection head unit, and to provide an alignment method of the liquid ejection head unit. SOLUTION: The alignment mask is arranged such that a first reference mark 610 is aligned in a predetermined interval in both sides in an X direction and in both sides in a Y direction of one alignment mark 22 in the Y direction toward a second reference mark 620 and in the X direction perpendicular to the Y direction, the alignment mark 22 is arranged so as to be an index when aligned in the X direction and in the Y direction, the second alignment mark 620 is arranged so as to be aligned in a predetermined interval in both sides of the X direction of the other alignment mark 22 and arranged so as to be an index when aligned in the X direction of the alignment mark 22.
