GAS OKONOMIYAKI (JAPANESE PIZZA) COOKER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to cook okonomiyaki on the iron plate at a high temperature with the temperature of a flange and a casing attached on the top lowered in the gas okonomiyaki cooker. SOLUTION: An air supply hole is formed in the lower area of the casing with a flange to be attached with a table of the gas okonomiyaki cooker, a heat exhausting hole is opened in the upper area in the casing, and a support metal fittings supporting a combustion chamber is placed in the inside lower part of the casing. The combustion gas is exhausted to an exhaust passage and an exhaust opening. The flange is arranged so that the rim part of the hot section does not contact with the casing maintaining a space at the inside of the casing into which cool air is passed to lower the temperature. The guest seat side of a combustion chamber of the gas okonomiyaki cooker is insulated with a heat reflector covering the inside of the combustion chamber at a certain space.
