Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform, at fair and appropriate timing, charge processing stably and efficiently when information on the contents of communication is to be transmitted from a call originator to a call terminator, before voice communication between the mobile terminals. SOLUTION: In a mobile terminal communication system, a fee is charged on the condition that transmission notice information which indicates transmission of preliminary information is added to a passage state signal which goes to an originator-side exchange.
