Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an increase in temperature of a cell of an electric double layer capacitor device. SOLUTION: Heat sinks 22 are arranged between cells 10 of the electric double layer capacitor device in a way that it is sandwiched by the cells 10. The cells 10 of adjacent cell groups 18A, 18B are displaced in their lamination pitch, and this arranges respective heat sink 22A, 22B between the corresponding heat sinks as making their way into them. The heat sinks 22A, 22B are alternately arranged in a lamination direction of the cells 10 between the cell groups 18A, 18B.
