Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spectroscopy optical unit which can eliminate the pixel deviation between monochromatic images, when a polychromatic image is obtained. SOLUTION: The spectroscopy optical unit is configured so that an optical signal including a plurality of wavelengths is inputted to be separated into images of two wavelengths and the images of each wavelength are taken in two cameras. The spectroscopy optical unit is equipped with a camera driving means for driving at least one of the two cameras in X and Y directions with respect to an optical axis. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
