Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of sealing performance on an end surface while securing compatibility with a conventional cross groove type constant velocity universal joint. SOLUTION: The cross groove type constant velocity universal joint comprises an inner ring 2 having the outer peripheral surface alternatively circumferentially forming the ball grooves 2a, 2b inclined in the reverse direction for each other with respect to an axial line, an outer ring 4 having the inner peripheral surface alternatively circumferentially forming in the ball grooves 4a, 4b inclined in the reverse direction for each other with respect to an axial line, torque transmission balls 6 incorporated into crossing parts of the ball grooves 2a, 2b of the inner ring 2 and ball grooves 4a, 4b of the outer ring 4 inclined in the reverse direction for each other and a cage 8 for holding the torque transmission ball 6 at established intervals circumferentially by being interposed between the outer peripheral surface of the inner ring 2 and the inner peripheral surface of the outer ring 4. The outer ring 4 is of a disk type and keeps a plurality of bolt holes 4a axially penetrated disposed at regular intervals in a circumferential direction. The number of torque transmission balls 6 are ten. Bolt holes 4c are disposed equally in six parts at a pitch of 60° from a position of 0° taking a joint center position of ball grooves 4a, 4b as reference. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
