Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for managing the condition of an ultrasonic probe in real-time during nonuse when it is not connected to an ultrasonograph. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic probe has an internal power source which can supply power as it remains disconnected from the ultrasonograph, and a condition management means to manage the condition of the ultrasonic probe, powered by the internal power supply. Consequently, real-time management of the condition of the ultrasonic probe during its nonuse becomes possible.
