MAGNET MOTOR AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnet motor and its manufacturing method which can suppress the displacement of permanent magnets, while reducing cogging torque and torque ripples. SOLUTION: This electric motor 10 is provided with a rotor 12, which keeps a plurality of permanent magnets 13 bonded on the surface of a rotor core 20. Each permanent magnet 13 is stuck with adhesives 30 at one end side 20a, the other end side 20b, and the center portion 20c in the axial direction on the rotor core 20. Spaces between the adjacent permanent magnets 13 are filled with the adhesives 30. Furthermore, rotation-preventing projections 21, 22, which prevent the permanent magnets 13 from moving circumferentially, are provided on the rotor core 20 being spaced from the permanent magnets 13.
