Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power storage device which is easy to manufacture, which can be predoped homogeneously in a short time, and in which practical predoping is possible in order to realize high capacity by predoping, improvement of energy density by high voltage, and high output since a level of demand is high for high energy density and high output/high rate charging characteristics in the power storage device. SOLUTION: In a nonaqueous power storage device having a positive electrode containing a positive electrode active material capable of storing and releasing lithium, a negative electrode containing a negative electrode active material capable of storing and releasing lithium, and an electrolytic solution in which lithium salt is dissolved in a nonaqueous solvent, either one of a positive electrode current collector or a negative electrode current collector has a hole to penetrate through the front and rear faces.
