CONNECTOR, CONDUCTION CONNECTION STRUCTURE, AND CONDUCTION CONNECTING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a male and female engagement connector used in an electric valve or the like in which insertion engagement work of the male and female terminals can be carried out easily and certainly and manufacturing cost of a device using the connector can be reduced as well as the reliability improved. SOLUTION: The connector comprises a male terminal 4 and a female terminal 3 to be insertion engaged, and the female terminal is provided with a cylindrical part 3f to form a box shape with the male terminal in a state of the female terminal insertion engaged with the male terminal as a bottom part. By only filling solder 6 from an upper part in a state that both terminals are engaged, the both terminals are jointed to be connected in conduction, and workability is improved, thereby even if used for a device with strong vibration and under a severe low-temperature environment, possibility of occurrence of conduction failure is reduced. The female terminal can be provided with a holding part 3d consisting of mutually opposed projections to hold the male terminal when engaged with the male terminal, and the female terminals can be arranged in parallel a plurality of pieces in a row in a housing 2 and can engage simultaneously with the male terminals installed a plurality of pieces in a row on the electric equipment side.
