VIDEO INFORMATION RETRIEVAL/UTILIZATION SYSTEM USING MOBILE PHONE WITH CODE INPUT FUNCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a person trying to retrieve information to retrieve vast types of video information and photograph information by printed matters on which information codes are printed by combining a transparent code printed on the printed matters, an infrared camera for detecting the transparent code and information retrieval by an input of numerical characters belonging to a mobile phone with an one-touch simple operation. SOLUTION: Simple information codes are used to be able to select vast information codes by making the infrared camera belong to the numerical character input keyboard belonging to the mobile phone and combining the numerical character keyboard and the infrared camera. Printing on a printed matter of an information code that can not be seen by the eyes of a person corresponding to the infrared camera is simplified so that its cost can be drastically reduced.
