REPLY REQUEST SYSTEM AND METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reply request system capable of receiving a reply request timely to wipe out anxiety in a patient, and capable of exhibiting a reply. SOLUTION: A clinical path and a variance are transmitted to a patient terminal 240, in response to a request of the clinical path from the patient, the variance is exhibited while displaying the clinical path in the patient terminal 240, the reply request is received when displaying the variance, to be received by a reply request server 110, the reply request server 110 transmits the reply request to a reply person-in-charge terminal 230, receives the reply to the reply request, and transmits the reply from a reply person in charge to the patient terminal 240, the patient is thereby informed of the generation of the variance on the displayed clinical path, and can request the reply request to the assigned reply person in charge, when necessary, and the patient can receive medical care with no anxiety, by providing a reply opportunity to the reply person in charge immediately when the variance bringing the anxiety to the patient occurs.
