IMAGE DATA RETRIEVING APPARATUS, IMAGE DATA RETRIEVAL METHOD AND IMAGE DATA RETRIEVAL PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retrieve an image of a user in unauthorized manner by using electronic data recorded in a recording medium. SOLUTION: A camera 40 photographs user passing through a ticket gate machine 20. An image storage part 12 of an in-house management server 10 stores the image photographed by the camera 40, the time when the image is photographed and the camera number. A ticket ID storage part 14 in the in-house management server 10 stores the ID of a ticket issued from a ticket issuing machine, a used/unused flag of the ID, a ticket gate machine number which reads out the ID, and time at which the ID is read out. A fraudulence detection part 17 in the in-house management server 10 acquires the ID of a ticket 2 read out by the ticket gate machine 20 or a clark's terminal 60; and when the ID of the newly acquired ticket 2 is stored in the ticket ID storage part 14 and the used/unused flag of the ID is a used state, determines the occurrence of fraudulence. An image retrieving part 18 retrieves the camera number, corresponding to the ID of the ticket 2 which has been determined as being the occurrence of fraudulence and retrieves an image photographed by the camera 40, when the same ID as the ID of the ticket 2 decided as the occurrence of fraudulence has been read out.
