BUSINESS PROCESSING SYSTEM, BUSINESS PROCESSING METHOD, AND BUSINESS PROCESSING PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business processing system for facilitating countermeasures to flexible processing change without increasing a system load. SOLUTION: This business processing system is provided with: a document route DB 356 for determining the route of processing next to the prescribed processing of a business item; a document creation authority DB353 for associating the processing of a business item with a processing authorized person who executes the processing; and a business state decision part 312 for deciding the next processing by the document route DB356 when receiving one processing of the prescribed business item, and for deciding the processing authorized person who executes the next processing by the document creation authority DB353, and for storing the prescribed business item and the processing authorized person in a subject state holding DB355 by associating them with each other. Thus, it is possible to manage the candidates of the processing authorized person who is able to execute the next processing of the pertinent business item without defining the processing of the business item as a series of flow.
