SOLUTION: A plate intake valve deformation regulating member 1 including an engagement projection 6b regulating separation quantity from the outer surface of the piston 30 due to pressure of fluid in an intake port 35 with accompanying reciprocating motion of the piston 30 and preventing turning thereof by abutting on the outer surface of the piston ring 33 is attached on the plate intake valve 36 installed on the outer surface of the piston 30 to open and close an outer end of the intake port with accompanying reciprocating motion of the piston 30.
