WEFT-INSERTING NOZZLE OF FLUID JET LOOM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weft-inserting nozzle preventing a weft from slipping out happening in weaving by using weft with strong flexibility. SOLUTION: The weft-inserting nozzle of the fluid jet loom comprises a guide member (50) arranged on a container part (52) of a thread guide (14) constituting the weft-inserting nozzle (10), wherein the guide member (50) have a tapered face (57) in which the internal diameter of the guide member (50) reduces in the diameter direction as progressing from upstream side to downstream side and the internal diameter of the end of the downstream side (d1, d2) corresponds to the minimum inner diameter, and the internal diameter (d1, d2) at the end part of the downstream (61) is set as less than the internal diameter (D1) of the upstream end part (66) of the guiding part (53, 54), and a downstream side countering face (58) is formed from the downstream side internal end (61) of the tapered face (57) continuing to the peripheral end (62) of the downstream side.
