Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent synthetic resin sheet which has transparency and antislip functionality and is usable as a tablecloth. SOLUTION: The transparent synthetic resin sheet has an antislip layer having transparency on at least one surface of a base member or a synthetic resin sheet having transparency. It has a maximum static friction coefficient of 0.08-0.8 since the above antislip layer is formed of a resin having the property of a 100%-1,200% elongation, and a haze value of ≤5%.
