Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet processing device capable of cutting even a thin sheet bundle with a small number of pages and maintaining consumable part cost per sheet processing number low by reducing cutting frequency. SOLUTION: A bookbinding sheet bundle P3b is carried to the downstream side by lowering a weight roller 314 and is butted against a butting plate 318 when the bookbinding sheet bundle P3b is discharged onto a bookbinding sheet bundle P3c in a state of erecting a bundle carrier unit 302. In the same way, a third bookbinding sheet bundle is discharged onto the bookbinding sheet bundle P3b and butted against the butting plate 318. An edge of the third bookbinding sheet bundle is cut and arranged in order by cutting the third bookbinding sheet bundle by a cutting blade 81 by carrying it to a sheet cutting device H by the butting plate 318 by lowering the bundle carrier unit 302 in a horizontal state.
