SAND-LIKE INORGANIC FLOCCULANT FOR BATCH TREATMENT OF EMULSIFIED WATER SUCH AS CEMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inorganic powder flocculant capable of recycling and utilizing a secondary flock by treating at a site emulsified water of such as cement or clay generated at a building site or a civil engineering site to discard clarified water. SOLUTION: The inorganic flocculant for butch treatment of the emulsified water of cement is prepared by uniformly blending: a cationic polymer flocculant for forming a primary flock serving as powders so as to be dissolved preceding to the emulsified water; a nonionic and/or an anionic polymer flocculant for forming the secondary flock serving as glanules so as to be dissolved after this with a time difference; inorganic material for rapid precipitation deposited to the secondary flock to be the precipitation weight; and a bulky agent for inhibiting to be a hard cake. The emulsified water is agitated by loading it with this inorganic flocculant, so that it can be treated in several seconds.
