Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide liquid food sufficiently mixed with a mineral component, especially a trace element of the mineral component, which exerts no influence on taste and flavor at all and has fluidity without having rough feeling and emulsifying failure, and has other excellent physical properties. SOLUTION: The liquid food contains at least one kind of 0.001-0.2 wt.% of yeast in terms of dried yeast. The yeast includes a mineral component at least one kind selected from zinc, manganese, chromium and molybdenum, in an amount of ≥2 wt.% of zinc, ≥2.5 wt.% of manganese, 0.1 wt.% of chromium, and ≥0.1 wt.% of molybdenum. When using yeast containing zinc, at least one kind selected from manganese, chromium and molybdenum is used together. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
