Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mutant microorganism having high thiamine productivity by using a fungus as a host. SOLUTION: The objective mutant microorganism having high thiamine productivity is produced by connecting three genes consisting of (1) a thiazole nucleus synthetase gene, (2) a pyrimidine nucleus synthetase gene and (3) a thiamine pyrophosphokinase gene each to an expression promoter free from expression inhibition with thiamine, introducing the product into a cell by genetic transformation and expressing the genes in the host at the same time.
