SOLUTION: The voice communication system 100 comprises: a host 110 for realizing Internet communication by performing an operation system and an Internet communication program; a communication matching control device 130 connected to the host and used for matching the Internet communication and the public switched telephone network (PSTN); and a telephone set 150 connected to the communication matching control device, and for dialing or being dialed by an Internet telephone set or a telephone set of a PSTN through the communication matching control device.
