DISPATCH INSTRUCTION DETERMINATION METHOD OF BUILDING REMOTE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispatch instruction determination method capable of determining whether the abnormality of a terminal device is transient or can not be recovered by the initialization of the terminal device itself and detecting the abnormality of the terminal device before a claim from an end user, thereby reducing the number of times of the unnecessary dispatch of a maintenance staff. SOLUTION: The dispatch instruction determination method includes: a schedule management device 14 which is provided in a center device B and manages a schedule of security monitoring for terminal devices 2a to 2m; a communication result recording device 11 for recording results of security monitoring; a recording device for managing building information being an object of security monitoring; a communication device 13 for communicating with a public network; and an operation terminal device by which an operator of the center device B performs security monitoring manually. A result showing a communication abnormality out of results of security monitoring periodically performed for the terminal devices 2a to 2m by the center device B is recorded, and an alarm is reported to the operation terminal device 12, and security monitoring is performed by the operation terminal device 12.
