Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure for a stabilizer enhancing operation stability of a vehicle by preventing friction from being generated between a rubber bushing and a stabilizer bar as much as possible and by setting stabilizer characteristic to be linear in the mounting structure for the stabilizer in which the stabilizer bar is mounted to a vehicle body side member through the rubber bushing. SOLUTION: A spacer member 50 is interposed between the stabilizer bar 1 and the rubber member 40, and restriction flange parts 52, 52 extending in a vertical direction are provided on the spacer member so as to clamp the rubber member 40 from both side positions.
