Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic filter-exchanging device which makes the automatic washing and exchanging of filters possible, prevents microparticles collected by the filters in the processes from returning to the inside of equipment, reduces risks which users encounter when they remove the filters, and improves convenience in filter washing or exchanging. SOLUTION: This is an automatic filter-washing/exchanging device. In addition, the device is provided with a filter 31, a transmission device 32 which starts the movement of the filter, and a power device which automatically drives the transmission device in accordance with a use state of the filter 31 connected to the transmission device to move the filter 31 and then automatically exchanges the filter 31.
