Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag-shaped container for centrifugation enabling closed-system and easy handling and a gene transfer method to use the container. SOLUTION: The bag-shaped container 1 to be loaded in a centrifugal machine and performing centrifugal treatment of a dispersion liquid filled in the container is composed of a main body and a port 5 attached to the main body in a manner connected to a holding space 6', and the main body is composed of a first container wall 3 having a recess 6 formed to enable the loading in the centrifugal machine and a flange part 7 formed on the circumference of the opening of the recess 6, and a soft second container wall 4 having a circumference to seal with the flange part 7 of the first container wall 3 and constituting a dispersion liquid holding space 6' in corporation with the recess 6. The recess 6 can be set to the centrifugal machine in a manner to apply centrifugal force perpendicular to the bottom face of the recess 6 constituting the holding space 6'.
