Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve reduction of power consumption in each wireless node or efficient access control in an electronic tag system or sensor network system in which it is important to save the handling time of the wireless node. SOLUTION: A fixed term starting from a beacon transmitted from a gateway (GW) 100 is specified separately as an active term during which each wireless node (P2P tag) transmits/receives a frame, and a sleep term during which the frame transmitting/receiving operation is stopped. Furthermore, the active term is divided by a plurality of fixed-length time slots, and set while being divided into terms during which each of classes of the GW, fixed node (P2P-S tag) and mobile node (P2P-M tag) can perform frame transmission, respectively. Each P2P tag selects a time slot at random from the term of its own class, is in standby state just for random latency in accordance with the selected time slot and then transmits a frame containing its own ID and information specifying the selected time slot or the latency.
