MOBILE TERMINAL, SERVER, TERMINAL ACCESS METHOD, AND INFORMATION PROCESSING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost and simple mobile terminal adaptive to daily communication and notification at emergency. SOLUTION: A communication terminal 2 and a terminating terminal 3 each have a telephone function, and for example, while a guardian uses the communication terminal 2, a child carries the terminating terminal 3. The communication terminal 2 is able to send a connection request to the terminating terminal 3 without limits. The terminating terminal 3, on the other hand, is disabled from sending a connection request, except for the previously registered communication terminal 2. When a call button is depressed for a short time on the terminating terminal 3, the terminating terminal 3 will send a connection request to the communication terminal 2 but will disconnects the line before the communication terminal 2 makes a connection. When the call button is depressed for a long time on the terminating terminal 3, the terminating terminal 3 disconnects the line, immediately after the communication terminal 2 makes a connection. Furthermore, it is decided whether the terminating terminal 3 is currently in a previously set area; and when it is not, the terminating terminal will transmit in long-press mode, regardless of the operation of the call button 18.
