Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PIU insertion and ejection mechanism of an electronic device for allowing force required for inserting and ejecting a connector to operate on a printed board efficiently, by pressing a portion near the back plane of the printed board. SOLUTION: An operation handle 52 of a card lever 5 is rotated counterclockwise for bringing a push pin 74 into contact with the rear edge of an opening 91. When the card lever 5 is rotated further in this state, press for moving a plug-in unit in an insertion direction via an arm 7 acts on an engagement member 9, thus starting fitting to a plug-in connector 13 without generating any strain in the printed board 20.
