Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic capacitor which is easily impregnated with an electrolyte. SOLUTION: The electrolytic capacitor 10 is equipped with an anode formation foil 1, an cathode foil 2, separator papers 3a and 3b, a winding-stop tape 4, an element through-hole 6, lead tab terminals 7 and 8, an anode lead wire 9, and a cathode lead wire 11. A capacitor element 5 has a configuration composed of the anode formation foil 1, cathode foil 2, and separator papers 3a and 3b which are rolled up. The capacitor element 5 is nearly columnar.
