CIRCUIT BREAKER, BREAKING/CLOSING OPERATION CONTROL DEVICE, AND ITS METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem where a breaking operation control device of a circuit breaker can not prevent trouble only by outputting the trouble when a breaking operation is not completed within a certain period. SOLUTION: This breaking/closing operation control device is composed by comprising: a plunger 3 connected to a breaking part 5; a coil 52T moving the plunger 3 by electromagnetic force; a sub-coil 52Ts increasing or decreasing the electromagnetic force; a coil current sensor CT1 measuring a current flowing through the coil; and control circuits 14 and 18 outputting a current to the sub-coil 52Ts to set the difference between a current value in a normal time of the coil 52T and a measurement current value in a certain range from a current measured by the coil current sensor CT1.
