DISK DRIVE APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently turn a turning arm up to an ejecting position of a disk. SOLUTION: The disk drive apparatus includes the turning arm 52 which is freely turnably supported over a loading position where the disk 2 is turned up to the back of a casing according to the loading of the disk 2, an initial position where the insertion of disk 2 is stood by, and an ejecting position where the disk 2 is ejected to the outside of the casing, a driving mechanism 120 which imparts the driving force of the turning arm 52, a linkage mechanism which turns the turning arm 52 from the loading position through the initial position up to the ejecting position, and a position regulating member 235 which turns and resets the turning arm 52 turned up to the ejecting position up to the initial position.
