SOLUTION: The disk adaptor 10 is used for a slot-in type disk device and provided with an adaptor body 12 for forming a space 11 to arrange a disk A, a disk holding part 13 for holding the disk A, an elastic force applying part 14 for pressing the disk holding part 13 in the direction of holding the disk A, and a displacement part 15 for displacing the disk holding part 13 in the direction of separating the disk A.
