PRESSURE TESTING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the reliability of piping capable of confirming the pressurized water resistance for any type of pipe line making, capable of performing hydraulic pressure test at the connecting part of piping which is demanded of sealing performance. SOLUTION: The pressing part 3 of the hydraulic pressure testing device 1 comprises a pressing plate 31 pressed to a connection part 51, while internally mounting the packing material 33 on the facing surface to the internal periphery surface of the connection part 51 separated into a plurality of separated around the internal surface of the connection parts 51; and an activating shafts 32 for pressing the pressing plate 31 in the radially outword direction. The pressing plate 31 and the packing material 33 are formed in a recessed groove state, the packing material 33 is provided with a means 41 for making the insertion part 54 follow the shape of the packing material 33 with respect to the receiving part 53 of the connecting part 51. Thereby, the pressing plate 31 is arranged over both the tips of the insertion part 54 and the receiving part 53 of the connection part 51, while the water-sealed testing space 11 is formed between the connecting part 51.
