SOLUTION: In this frame for the joint constituted of a foam body provided with many cells, made from thermoplastic resin as a main raw material, provided with a passing-through part for positioning a plurality of tiles, and having a smoothed face on one side in the direction of thickness, electron beams are applied on the face on the one side to set a ratio of the diameter of the cell formed in a surface layer part to the diameter of the cell formed in a surface layer part on a face on the other side in the direction of thickness to two or more.
