Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recycled aggregate producing apparatus in which fine powder produced by rubbing concrete rubble each other is effectively removed to be able to recycle aggregate in a short time. SOLUTION: The recycled aggregate producing apparatus 1 is provided with a rotary drum 2, a crushing roller 22 for crushing the concrete rubble in the drum 2 with the contact of the inner wall surface of the drum 2, a suction port 19 for sucking the fine powder in the drum 2, a stirring scraper 30 for scraping the concrete rubble stuck on the inner wall surface of the drum 2 and a jetting port 36d provided on the stirring scraper 30 and for jetting compressed air toward the upper side of the drum 2.
