Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock releasing mechanism capable of quickly and easily rotating a rotary seat. SOLUTION: This lock releasing mechanism 2 of the rotary seat 110 is used for an industrial vehicle. The rotary seat 110 is rotatably arranged in a base part 100B of the industrial vehicle, and a lock mechanism 1 puts the rotary seat 110 in a nonrotatable lock state to the base part 100B. A grip operation part 270 can be gripped by hand by a worker seated on the rotary seat 100, and can release the lock state of the rotary seat 110 by the grip operation part 270.
