SOLUTION: As shown in (a), super high tenacity fiber-reinforced concrete 18 is fed in advance into an outer frame 10. As shown in (a) and (b), the super high tenacity fiber-reinforced concrete 18 is moved through a clearance 17 between the outer frame 10 and an inner frame 16 by sinking the inner frame 16 into the super high tenacity fiber-reinforced concrete 18 in the outer frame 10 to press and move the super high tenacity fiber-reinforced concrete 18.
