Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change various kinds of dies by a simple operation in a short period of time, to highly accurately position the die to the trimming die by passing holes provided on the respective dies over a positioning shaft provided on a part to be locked in attaching the die to the trimming die for allowing the efficient attachment in a short period of time, and to safely trim a sheet material while preventing a mold from dropping off from a mounting board or preventing the positioning shaft for positioning the trimming die from dropping off for safety trimming. SOLUTION: The die mount, to which one of dies is fixed with the other die temporarily retained, is detachably fitted into an opening provided on the mounting board, and in addition a locking member is locked with the die mount to control its removal.
