Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic powder puff with excellent flexibility, touch and low hardness, to be hardly infiltrated with foundation and easily manufactured. SOLUTION: The cosmetic powder puff is made of an olefin resin foam, and includes 70-100 parts by weight of polyethylene resin, whose density is 0.850-0.870 g/cm3, in 100 parts by weight of the resin component. As the foaming ratio of the olefin resin foam is 5-12, the cosmetic powder puff has such an independent bubble structure as hardly infiltrated with foundation, and the flexibility in pressing on the skin and the softness in applying the foundation are improved.
