PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network camera in which a mask area can be easily operated by surely masking a privacy zone even during panning, tilting as well as zooming without a necessity to provide an upper limit for a panning or tilting speed. SOLUTION: The present invention comprises a setting unit 18a for storing position information of a prescribed object disabled to be displayed within an imaging range and an image capturing unit 12 for capturing an image that is imaged while moving an imaging direction of a camera, in a prescribed timing and when capturing an image including the prescribed object disabled to be displayed, based on information in the setting unit 18a, a mask control unit 20 applies mask processing to an image region including the position information captured in a current timing of the object and position information captured in the last timing of the object.
