Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly remove visitors when an open event is closed before the closing time, and to allow the visitors to visit the event again at a later date with the ticket used when the event is canceled. SOLUTION: A status of an entry record on the date of cancellation in a storage part 22 is changed to non-entry or the visitor is allowed to enter the event at a later date with the ticket 4 used on the date of cancellation if the entry date in the entry record is matched with the date of cancellation when determining whether to admit the ticket 4.
